This qualification is suitable for individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
In this course, students will develop skills to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. They will learn how to be responsible and accountable for their personal output and work of others.

Domestic Students (Full-Time)
English and language, literacy and numeracy skills.
International Students
English Language Proficiency – must demonstrate minimum language skills.
Other criteria is determined by the Australian Department of Home Affairs (i.e. satisfying Visa requirements)
RPL Students
Demonstrate previous and/or current work history.

To be awarded the, BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) the following units of competency must be achieved.

BSBLDR601 Lead and manage organisational change
BSBLDR812 Develop and cultivate collaborative partnerships and relationships

BSBSTR801 Lead innovative thinking and practice
BSBLDR813 Lead and influence ethical practice
Domestic Students (Full-Time)
As a domestic student, you will attend face-to-face classes and practical workshops, Monday to Friday, on Intech campus. Compulsory 75% attendance is required.
International Students
As an international student, you will attend face-to-face classes and practical workshops, Monday to Friday, on Intech campus. Compulsory 75% attendance is required under student visa conditions. InTech operates on a 10-week term. There are 4 terms per year. All classes are scheduled for 20 hours per week.
RPL Students
Attend classes only if skills gaps identified.
Skillset and Micro Courses
Attend face-to-face classes and practical workshops at InTech campus.
Resources Provided
Students attending full-time classes will receive handouts/learning material relevant to each unit.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a process of having your knowledge, work experience and skills formally assessed for the purpose of gaining a nationally recognised and accredited qualification. InTech offers you the chance to transfer your skills and experience and turn it into an Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)!
The benefits of RPL:
If you are considering study or further training, think about what existing skills and industry experience you already have as you may be eligible to apply for an RPL.
To successfully achieve an RPL, you must be able to demonstrate your skills towards each unit of competency in the qualification and show work currency to ensure it aligns with current industry standards.
As part of the RPL application process, candidates must provide the following types of evidence:
InTech will assist and guide you through the RPL process. We will provide initial feedback on the RPL at no cost to you to determine your success rate and any gaps in your skills.
