This qualification will teach you how to use communication skills and emotional intelligence to understand, support and learn how to best work with individuals and teams. Duration: This course is conducted over a 55-week delivery, this includes term breaks.
Timetable: Monday- Wednesday + Fast track options available (The timetable for future intakes may differ to the current schedule.)
Delivery Method: is a classroom delivery (face-to-face) method. Competencies will be assessed by theory tests, practical tasks and project work.
